Good morning all,

A few weeks ago, I went to a daylong Parkinsons Seminar in Toronto. One of the doctors that spoke talked about this supplement and had concluded that based on everything he had seen and read, that it was showing no benefits.

A man in our support group was happy to hear this. He was finding the cost of this supplement a drain on his budget.

I never had taken that supplement, so I am just reporting.

Hello Patsy
Thanks for your reply. I am taking 1 400mg twice a day but as far as I know you can take an even higher dose than that. The medical card dosent cover it but I think you can get it free of charge if you have the long term illness book.

Hi Lucy I did take it, (not on Dr's orders) only for a month, I didn't find it made any difference to me.
I have heard a lady say that when she went on Co Q-10 it did so well for her that she did reduce her PD medication by half.

Maybe I didn't take it for long enough to see any results, what works for one person, may not work for others.

Are there different strenghts of it? how often do you take it during the day?
