I was at a neighbours house the other night and looking at photos of a trip to Ireland they went on a few years back.

I told them I have Irish connections. They enjoyed Kilkenny in particular especially O'Rioda's Pub. Is it still going Em, they had a wonderful musical evening there. I also saw a picture of Kilkennys Castle, John Glere Pub, Kilkenny Design centre, Auborn Lodge B&B, St Canice Cathedral and a big Kilkenny Coat of Arms fastened to a Wall. It looks great. Hope to see it all some day.

18 days to Christmas!

As a kid, My Grandma always had a poem or something for us to perform.

Standing up in front of the housefull of people, dressed like a beggar old man, I recited:

Christmas is coming,
The goose is getting fat.
Please put a penny in
The old man's hat.
If you haven't got a penny,
A half a penny will do.
If you haven't got a half a penny,
Then God Bless you!

I hope that all my Parky Friends are blessed this Christmas Season and have lots of Fun and Serenity.
